As are a member of "bewusstmontafon" (consciously Montafon), we have received the state-certified AMA seal of quality for delicacies from our region. It is a matter of great importance to us to preserve our cultural landscape and to treat nature with care. And we love to interpret traditional specialties in a contemporary way.

- Beef and veal from the Montafon
- Vegetables from Markus Netzer in St. Gallenkirch as well as from Reichenau Island
